All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 days after shipment, depending on the product type and destination.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout, as address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

The shop is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by USPS
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
